Dual-qualified lawyer and dual-citizen (France and England & Wales), Nicolas is an oil and gas lawyer who has had an exclusive focus on Africa for more than 25 years.

He has extensive experience of oil and gas regimes, contracts and transactions in Africa, and a deep understanding of the oil and gas industry on the continent.

Nicolas was a partner and co-head of Oil & Gas at leading African law firm Bowmans (Johannesburg) and a partner at leading international firm Ashurst (London). He is also a partner at Africa Oil and Gas Limited in London, a firm providing legal and consulting services in Africa.

Qualified to practice law in England & Wales, Andrew is a project and financing lawyer who has had an exclusive focus on Africa for more than 30 years.

He has extensive experience of project structuring, financing and implementation in Africa.

Andrew was a partner at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher and at Fasken Martineau LLP.
